A sign of the times? PNC Bank and Chase are upgrading their ATMs to now dispense exact change. No longer will we be ruled by the tyranny of the $20 bill! OK, that's a bit much. The reason for the change seems to be two-fold. One, having more precise ATMs means fewer bank tellers (ugh, the robots win again), but it also means people who may not have funds to pull out another $20 will be able to get the cash they need.
