She probably won’t be wearing the same flimsy outfits or sporting the cinnamon bun hairdo... but Actress Carrie Fisher has confirmed that she will be returning in the role of Princess Leia in the new "Star Wars" film.
Fisher was interviewed by
Palm Beach Illustrated magazine and they asked her to confirm if she will reprise the role of Princess Leia in "Star Wars VII". She simply responded "yes", which is good enough for alot of people looking forward to getting the old "Star Wars" gang back together.
The J.J. Abrams directed "Star Wars" movie is set to begin production soon as the release date is set for 2015.
