If you missed last week's news, Dylan will be inducted into the American Academy of Arts and Letters in May. Being a part of the organization is one of the highest honors an artist can earn, as the 250-member group only invites new members after the death of existing members. It's unclear whether Dylan is being inducted for his lyrics or his music.
