George Harrison was my favorite Beatle. As more of a Rolling Stones girl growing up, I'm embarrassed that it look me a little longer than it should to figure out that George was my favorite, but showing up late to the party is better than not showing up at all.
GH passed away today in 2001, and in 2002, the Concert For George footage was released starring Paul, Ringo, Eric Clapton, Tom Petty & the Heartbreakers and more.
