As we wrap up Round 1 in our March Mountain BANDness this week, I can’t help look back and think that we’ve come across some tough match ups so far. I'm having a hard time choosing between these two competitors.
I had a History teacher who was a big music buff. In particular he was a big fan of Eric Clapton. He was such a big fan that he used to have the “E. C.” question at the end of each test for additional credit.
No, it wasn’t the extra credit question. It was the Eric Clapton question. I was pretty bad at American History, but I was pretty good at Eric Clapton history, so I managed to pass that class.
The first time I saw Eric Clapton play guitar (it was on TV.) I seriously cried I was so moved.
So although I really love almost all of Fleetwood Mac’s music, Eric Clapton will just barely squeak by in my bracket.
