Washington’s own Heart is finally getting there props-they’ll be inducted into the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame by none other than Seattle native Chris Cornell of Soundgarden.
The 28th Annual Hall of Fame Induction Ceremony will be held in LA on April 18th. If you or someone you know has HBO you’ll be able to watch it there starting May 18th.
Incidentally-Dave Grohl is inducting Rush and Don Henley will be on hand to do the honors for Randy Newman.
This year’s other inductees: Albert King, Public Enemy, and Donna Summer. Lou Adler and Quincy Jones, recipients of the Ahmet Ertegun Award for Lifetime Achievement.
